These Terms and Conditions govern the utilization of FaabCabs' web-based ride booking services.
Fares & Estimates
Booking values shown on the website are upfront estimates. Actual tolls incurred during the journey are not part of this estimate and must be paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Customers retain the right to cancel bookings without incurring any cancellation fees.
Driver Cancellations
In cases where a driver cancels a booking, FaabCabs assumes responsibility to immediately arrange an alternative ride to prevent delay.
Refund Processing
Any transactions eligible for a refund due to cancellation will automatically be reversed directly into the user's original payment source account.
